For club admins...

If you are an admin, and you are going to make a live tournament, do it only of Variants.

blitz, rapid, bullet normal chess won't be allowed.and tournment will be cancelled. 

after all, the name of the club is of varinats

if you are promoted to super admin for doing a good job, then you are not allowed to demote members otherwise, I demote you.

and you can only ban a member if he did something bad such as spamming, saying bad words, intentionally losing matches, then a super admin I promote or me, will ban the member.

if he did the same 3 or more times the member will be kicked out. so be careful when you do something I mentioned.

and for the normal admins the last thing is you can change the backround of the club if you want, but not the picture.

and that's it!!   just remember the general rule: don't ban, mute, lock forums with no reason and feel free to do as many club matches as you can (of course only of variants)
