Greetings from the most northern town in the USA
I am currently traveling for vacation and I am in Utqiagvik (Barrow), Alaska, which is the most northern town in the USA. This town has no trees and receives 24/7 sunlight in the summer.
Yesterday, I visited the town’s library and I learned that they have regular chess club meetings! The library also hosts chess tournaments from time to time! This is so awesome!
The library also has some chess books. I donated two of the chess books that I wrote to the library.
If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to check out Utqiagvik!
