Group activity

Hello all, first off, I want to say that I am thankful to have all of you as members of this team. I am compelled however though to pose this question to all and that question is this. Am I failing this team as the SA or something? I understand that we all have our personal lives and other teams on this site that we are involved with and its not like I expect to see activity on a 24/7 basis, and I blame myself first and foremost for the lack of activity in this group, because it was started by me and I understand that I am not setting the best example before you all and I will not attempt to excuse myself. However, I also do my best to be a leader by example and I strive to better myself on all levels every single day. This is my brother team as my other group Arch Enemy is the sister team to Assassins and Snipers. I am a little bit disappointed that there seems to be hardly any activity by all. I am holding my admins accountable for their inconsistency just as I am holding my feet to that same fire and rededicating myself more to the success of these two teams of mine. Admins, take charge and carry out the objective of team activity and growth for these two teams you are admins for. You requested to be admins... strive to set the best example of team motivation and commitment to your callings as team admins. To the rest of the team, take personal initiative and get to know every member in your squads as well as the other squads. Lets all get going and continually strive to make these teams two of the best teams there is on chess.com. Thank you for your time in reading this. That is all for now.
