New member's squad assignments

The following new members have been assigned to the following squads according to the loss of several members due to lack of respect towards other members or lack of activity over the months. Squad three will not be receiving any new members, so here is the following list:

Squad one will be receiving the following members: "merry1" and "stp 2002" in the place of "williamcouch" and "LEbron-M".

Squad two will be receiving the following memebrs: "vikasnairroxx" and "sanduni2002345" in the place of "critercat", and Likity-Split".

Squad four will be receiving the following member: "dhakajabiye" 

Squad leaders are as follows:

Squad 1: MCTMike, Squad 2: virdi1966, Squad 3: haysans2012, Squad 4: Varun2001. 

With that said, show them the respect a squad leader deserves as I expect them to show the same respect that I will show to all members. We are all chess players here no matter what our ages are. Willingly teach and willingly learn from each other. I do not find myself being unable and unwilling to learn from any member on this team regardless of their rating level. We are a team and I am charging my admins with the task of organizing our first team tournament as I will be the TD and will not be competing. First, there is to be a squad championship tournament though to see who will be the best squad as the squad leader and their team will either remain with that squad or be ousted and have to take over the squad of the other. Example, if squad one comes in second place, squad one will become squad two and vice versa effective the first of the new year. That is all for now.
