Improving Our Negotiating Process

Dear chess players,

This is where you post your playing availibilities. The idea is to help the player whom you're paired with offer you acceptable starting times for a game. Those availibilities will be posted in the related forum (see the associated link below) for consultation. Please note that we need to know all your availibilities and not only your ideal times for playing. By playing availibilities, we mean any period of time where:

• you don't work;
• you are not at school;
• you don't baby-sit
• you don't sleep;

Please be flexible. Give several days, give all sorts of interval of times and include some week-end possibilities! This information will be included in our database along with the other players' datas. Everything in USA ET (New-York). Here's a link (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html) to a time zone converter. We only consider the starting time for a game, never its duration.
