intoduce new system ?

i will introduce a new or old system we can play whitin the teams the 1 , 2 and 3rd teams ?

to 1000 = third team.

1000 to 2000 = second team.

2000 and higher = first team.

is that a idea or not so the team leaders have a lot of work or can we do it by our selve ?
