It's time for work

So now we have to do some work 

1- Issue form and Feedback form didn't require any head or any team so our clubs super admin will tack care of this forms and no need to discuss about them.

Now we have to discuss about request to admin or coordinator

I have to modify this topic and and add teams for votechess, club matches or multi club arena etc.

Special status

It will be very important and we have to discuss a lot before telling about this in our club.

I am thinking to create 5 levels of the status and 3 level of stars 

Level will denote how much powerfull status given by us and stars will show that if the player will not play for some time for our club then instead of decreasing rank we will decrease stars and when there will be 0 stars then then member will send to lower status.

Advantages of rank- I will use to make a strong request to take action against anyone and if anyone report us against any player who is on higher status then no action or very less action will taken by us but the rank of the member will get decrease if the player found guilty.

Now most impost think to discuss-

We will give status and promotion to only those who will either play for our club or post forms or other things.

On the basis of them rank will promoted.

Now

I am creating teams 

1. Vote chess team 
2. Multi club arena team 
3. Puzzles team
4. Blogs and intresting facts team 
5. Club match team

Every team have one leader (super admin)

One - two co leader 

3 -4  moderator 

And rest will be staff members 

Every request will be modified by us and we will create a data of every player.
