LCWL Playoffs Begin This SUNDAY!
Hello USChess members,
We are in the postseason in both the Live Chess World League (LCWL) and the Pan American Live Chess League (LCPAL)! The LCWL postseason begins this weekend, while the LCPAL playoffs kick off next week. These next few weeks will be incredibly high stakes, so we hope to see as many of you as possible coming out for these matches!
This SUNDAY April 25, starting at 9:30am Pacific, 12:30pm Eastern we will face Uzbekistan in the first round of the LCWL Division 2 Championship Bracket! We lost 2-0 to Uzbekistan in the regular season, and we'll need to flip that result around to compete for Chess.com membership prizes and/or promotion to Division 1 of the LCWL. We'll especially need a good number of higher rated players vs Uzbekistan, as their players tend to skew towards being higher rated. Exact match times and links:
- LCWL Championship Bracket Blitz: vs Uzbekistan, Sunday April 25 at 9:30am Pacific, 12:30pm Eastern
- LCWL Championship Bracket Rapid: vs Uzbekistan, Sunday April 25 at 10:10am Pacific, 1:10pm Eastern
