Little leagues!

Welcome back!

Today, I will introduce something called "Little Leagues!"

The little league program is to allow friendly competition in the club!

And from there, we will also choose the representative league in our club to represent us in matches!
please create leagues.

Note:
There will only be 6 teams participating in the little leagues programs.
There must be 4 people in your league.
Moderator users are not welcomed to join the leagues.
The players must have a rating range of 100 to 3000
