Losing members

We have lost about 15 members in the past month. I have no clue what is going on, maybe because of the spamming of notes or the fighting. I hope not but maybe some admin or more may be banning members. Please confess if you did it or give me ideas or clues to find out. If you think or know who it is, please message me. Thanks.
