May the escape room start!

Hi! Today the first season of the puzzle escape rooms will start. When this announcement is released it will be started.

Here's the first puzzle:

White plays Rxf2.

Black to move. The puzzle consists of two moves you have to find.

Please send your answer in chat (with annotations) or in messages (in a diagram). In your answer you must explain your thought process as well as possible. If you post an answer here your answer will be deleted asap and you'll be muted. If you share your answer with anyone you will be disqualified. 

You will receive the second puzzle in messages when you have the first one correct. In this message you will also get the first letter to the password sentence.
