Member and Tournament Information

According to the rules of chess. members of online events have the right to know the USCF ratings and names of people they are competing against. I'll do my best to get a wall chart posted before the start in the tournament's chat - which may need to be updated based on late joiners.

Tournaments on chess.com can only be paired according to chess.com rating, so that will be used for any pairings/class sections.
