Attendance:  Charles Aldrich (Vice-President), Brian Beecher (Advisor), Brandon Berger, Ben Fallon, Ryan Hauri, Megan Lueck, Melissa Lueck (Secretary), Josiah Stone (President), Brett Williams.

2. Meeting called to order at 12:20 p.m.
3. Minutes Approved / Agenda approved.
4. Old Business.       
   1. Nick French’s Opening Lecture.

                                                              i.      Still need date commitment from Nick.

   1. Jordan’s pricelist: Tabled.
   2. Chess.com

                                                              i.      Tournament 3 is going to start soon.  We will start with students first and then open it up to the rest of Chess.com later.  Registration is open.

                                                            ii.      Janesville Craig Challenge: Nothing new to report.

   1. Turkey Tournament (day after thanksgiving)

                                                              i.      Brian will get a letter ready for Taco Bell.  It will start at 8 a.m.
