MINUTES

Attendance:  Charles Aldrich (Vice-President), Brian Beecher (Advisor), Paul Bordner (Temple Elect), Ben Fallon, Ryan Hauri, Megan Lueck, Melissa Lueck (Secretary), Josiah Stone (President), Brett Williams.

2. Meeting called to order at 12:15 p.m.
3. Minutes Approved / Agenda approved.
4. Old Business.       
   1. Nick French’s Opening Lecture.

                                                              i.      Nothing new to report.  The lecture will be sometime in November.

   1. Jordan’s pricelist went through a list of items including chess piece (between $40-100), time clocks, and Harry Potter theme chess pieces.
   2. Chess.com

                                                              i.      Tournament 3 is going to start soon.

                                                            ii.      Janesville Craig Challenge: Nothing new to report.

   1. Turkey Tournament (day after thanksgiving)

                                                              i.      Brian will get a letter ready for Taco Bell.  Old Country Buffet will not be able to donate.
