MS & HS Students, Get Ready to Play New Jersey!

PCS Chess will play a scholastic match against Sparta Township, located in Sussex County, New Jersey, on Sat, Dec 5 at 10am.  This match is only for students in grades 6 – 12.  PCS will play a matching number of Sparta players, e.g., if 15 PCS students show up & 20 Sussex players show up, then the 15 top-rated Sparta players will play.  Each PCS player will play two 20|0 games (20min, no increment) against a Sparta player, one game as White, the other as Black, so we will finish by 11:20.   

We encourage all PCS middle and high school students to participate!  The match link will be visible in the PCS Chess group on Chess.com and you can join the match between 9:00 – 9:59am on Dec 5.  Contact the author (gavlonitis) if you have any questions.
