New admin! And a demotion..... :(

Congratulations to @Carolina_Panthers59 for being our next admin. Panthers is always online, very chatty, and whenever somebody has a problem, he always helps them. 

But for some bad news, our admins havent been too active so a random admin will get promoted today.
