PLEASE READ!!! (Especially SA's)

📣 Club System Announcement
This is a new system I created to help the club stay organized and fair when I’m not around.
 ‼️ I will be inactive starting in the middle of August, so I think this system will be helpful in keeping things running smoothly.

⚠️ This system is only a last resort when Super Admins (SAs) can't come to an agreement. It's always better to talk things out and find a solution together before using this system. So, I expect this system to be rarely used.

If even one SA replies “No” to this system in the comments section down below this announcement with a valid reason (not just “No”), this system will not be used at all. Please read through the announcement fully, and be thoughtful and thorough, as this system took some time to come up with. And say “Yes” if you agree with this (no reasons required) and that tells me that you are active and care about this club (this will be part of the “contribution” of the club, I’ll explain later).

 
🌟 LT (Leadership Token) System
Instead of fixed roles like “owner” or “manager,” we’ll use Leadership Tokens (LTs). You (only the Super Admins) earn LTs by helping the club or playing chess with me. All past helpful contributions count (but not invites – those don’t count, I don’t care about invites like most club owners do), and LTs are tracked on a scoreboard on my profile.

The person with the most LTs becomes the Lead Super Admin (not the owner - that’s me; technically if I were to have LT’s I wouldn’t have any because I’m inactive, so don’t worry, I am not going to give myself infinite LT’s just because I can or I’m the Owner, although I do reserve the right to stop anything that’s against the rules) and can make some decisions — but only if no other LT holder disagrees. If someone does, we go into a Split in Idea (see below).

Only I can edit the scoreboard, but you can request changes anytime. Please don’t expect me to keep updating it everyday, so the update will be slow after August 19, 2025 @ 5:00 AM UTC-0. So please, DM me before this date.

 
🪓 Split in Idea — When LT Holders Disagree
If LT holders don’t agree on something, each person can post their idea (in a forum or announcement), starting with their own LT total as points.

Other LT holders can support one or more ideas by replying things like:

Support [Name] because [valid reason]
 (Write it however you want as long as it’s clear.)

Your LT value is added to the total of the idea you support. The idea with the most total points wins.

Member A (10 LTs) posts Idea 1
 Member B (12 LTs) posts Idea 2
 Member C (5 LTs) supports Idea 1
 → Idea 1 = 15 LTs, Idea 2 = 12 LTs → Idea 1 wins

📝 Rules
You can support multiple ideas

You can change or delete your support

Include the links to opposing announcement/forum idea(s) in your post (so I know which posts belong to which categories)

Try to link your support to the original post (by commenting down below the post itself)

Even the winning idea must still be fair and reasonable 
Very Important: Even a minor decision regarding the club (editing something or inviting members) still requires a forum or an announcement, because someone might disagree later (You can’t just be like, “well, nobody is currently online, so that means there is nobody stopping me, and I could do whatever I want”). And, more importantly, I can view those forums and announcements during my check-ins. Failure to do so, might result in temporary demotion (from one other Super Admin – not just me). So, in other words if one SA is not following this rule, other SA’s are allowed to demote that SA. However, if you all (or most of you) don’t follow the rule, then there will not be a demotion because that means you guys just don’t want to use the system. Lastly, it is expected that every SA (if you guys agree to this system in the first place) follows the “Split in Idea” rules, and everyone lets that winning SA execute their ideas if it’s reasonable. In other words, I don’t have to confirm it, because I am inactive anyways, and don’t try to stop the winning SA from making the change by using force (demoting/banning/muting or anything similar to that effect).

 
➕ Adding or Removing LTs
Anyone (even non-LT holders) can suggest someone gain or lose LTs. Post the name, amount of LTs, and reason.
 DM me before August 19, 2025 @ 5:00 AM UTC-0 if you want me to see it before I go inactive.

If no LT holder objects, the change is accepted after some reasonable amount of time. For example, if a ban attack is happening, then go ahead and demote the person as soon as you notice it. But something like, you want to promote/demote someone new who is not a threat to the club, then you’ll have to post an announcement/forum. After all, just use your best judgement. I don’t expect you guys to be perfect, so it’s fine if this club eventually ends with just a few members (if a ban attack did successfully happen or something similar like that). Although you, the Super Admins, try to keep the club running, I’m just saying I won’t blame anyone if anything goes wrong with the club, just don’t do anything bad on purpose, deal?  If any LT holder objects, a vote or Split in Idea will be used.

Remember: LTs aren't just numbers nor favoritism — they affect decisions and how much someone’s opinion matters in club choices. And if an idea violates the rules of this club, then it won’t count even if the majority wins. However, if you want to change the rules of the club (you can ask me) and I’ll consider it regardless of your LT’s. In fact, even non-Super Admins can request rule changes to my club if they are seeing this post. And DM me before August 19, 2025 @ 5:00 AM UTC-0 to see potential updates to the rule because otherwise I might update the rules slower.

 
🧾 Recovering the Rules if Deleted
If this announcement or the scoreboard ever gets deleted, don’t worry — I saved a (shortened) copy on my profile.

Please also put any ideas, votes, or support comments in the chat just in case something gets removed.
 ✅ Coordinators and up can see deleted chat messages, so info will never be lost.

 
🛠️ Admins & Coordinators
Admins and Coordinators help with chat, moderation, and reports.
 They don’t take part in LT votes or decisions unless promoted to SA (which isn’t likely right now due to the capacity of SA’s almost reaching maximum capacity of 10 SA’s, we’re at 9 right now — sorry! View my profile for more info on Super Admin capacity. It should be somewhere around the term “Crown Clutter.”

Their help is still appreciated and can be rewarded with promotions (if I decide to increase the max capacity for Super Admins) and bonus points once they are SA’s.

 
💬 Final Notes
Let me know what you think! If you’re confused, ask questions. If you want to suggest someone gain or lose LTs after I post the initial calculations, as soon as someone responds "YES" to the system, for each SA, feel free!

And again — if even one SA says “No,” this system won’t be used at all.
