Proud to announce...

You guys probably haven't heard much about me for a while now, and there's a reason for it! 

For those that don't know, this club has a storied history. It was created a VERY long time ago by a small group of friends. I then discovered it 11 years later; albeit completely inactive. With the help of a member (whose account is now closed for Abuse) and chess.com support, I was promoted to Super Admin. From there (for the next 3 years) I (along with you guys) revived this club; and a few months ago, I finally was voted in (by you guys) to the owner title.

I'm willing to bet that most of you guys are members, staff, or maybe even owners of other clubs. And if you don't have a dedicated team of staff (and great members like I do), then unfortunately, the club progresses very slowly. It is thanks to this that many members give up on their clubs, and many don't even try.

Enter TAP. I came up with The Aspiration Project a few days ago, and since then, the wheels have started turning. TAP was created with everyone in mind, and seeks to efficiently empower clubs, owners, and aspiring staff with a simple vision. TAP's dedicated support/marketing team (which is just me at the moment) integrates TAP into a club by posting a forum about it (with permission from the owner). From there, all members are able to join TAP by commenting on said forum, and will likely be promoted. That's where TAP truly begins. The promoted members collaborate with club owners and our team of helpers to lead the charge to grow the club. Not only do the aspiring staff have a major role in club management, they also learn to become great staff, and maybe even own their very own club someday! The club owner gets a fresh boost from the members, and gets ample assistance in (re)growing their club. And TAP's helpers pass over their advice and methods to many members that need it. And this is just the bare minimum. I've made a club for TAP, and you'll see it fill up with a vast toolbox of everything that we need.
