Puzzle Rush - New puzzle delivery method

Hey Beta,

Today, we just updated how puzzles are served to you for Puzzle Rush. Instead of relying on your connection and sending you once puzzle at a time we are sending a larger set of puzzles at the beginning on your rush and then continuing to send batches of puzzles a few times per rush instead of 1 at a time. 

This should make the experience smoother and faster and you should notice less weird pauses between puzzles. 

Specifically please lookout for any issues you notice around puzzle 16, 32 etc, as we are sending puzzles in batches of 16.

It would also be handy for you guys to check to resume feature as well as we did have some issues with that in earlier testing.
