Puzzles for week 4

One week has gone by and it's time for your weekly puzzles again!

Okay, once again, I'd like you to post your comments, suggestions and so on here. I'd like to hear your opinion on whether or not should I add annotations and my own comments into the puzzles too.

Apart from that, I also state here that any type of chess puzzle is greatly welcome. Send your puzzles to me and get a trophy for every 5 sent, guaranteed! Also, all the credit will be yours!

From this week onwards, the difficulty range gap will start drifting further apart until the Very Easy, Easy and Normal puzzles are extremely easy whereas the Hard and Very Hard ones extremely challenging. The drifting apart will stop near week 8.
