Puzzles for week 7

Time sure flies. It has been 7 weeks since puzzles were posted weekly for the Red Army. These puzzles serve to entertain you and at the same time teach you to play chess better. So make sure to go through them properly!

This week features three puzzles which aim is material advantage. It is important to not only look out for checkmate, but also material advantages which occurs ever so often in chess positions. However, they tend to go unnoticed and the game resumes in its boring style. So next time, look over the position carefully and you might spot something! The three puzzles today serve as something of a reference.
