Red Army won it's 1st match vs. Chess Unlimited; this time our opponents are Animal Lovers; another team with a winning record.
The game is scheduled for Sat 12th Dec, @ 2:00pm GMT. Thats 10:00am Atlantic USA & Caribbean; 11:00am Argentina, Brasil; 3:00pm Berlin, Madrid, Paris or Prague; 4:00pm Athens, Cairo, Pretoria; 5:00pm Baghdad, Nairobi, Moscow; 6:00pm Abu Dhabi, Tbilisi, Kabul; 7:00pm Islamabad, Mumbai; 9:00pm Bangkok, Jakarta; 10:00pm Beijing, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Philipines; 11:00pm Tokyo, Seoul; 12:00am Brisbane, Sydney; 2:00am Auckland, Fiji; 4:00am Hawaii; 6:00am Pacific USA.
You can join the voting at a time/shift convenient to you during any part of the game.
The voting goes on at a hectic pace but it's still only 3 moves an hour - 10min each side @ 20min per move; these games can last an estimated 8-24 hours, our last game lasted 19! We are hopeful our team will cover all time zones.
One thing of note, it's best when in the game to keep a dedictated game window open because you don't get any alerts. We will provide a link through our homepage notes before the games starts.
Some persons have volunteered to act as 'Coordinators' during the game. We shall appreciate it if you work with them. This is just as we are accustomed doing in our regular games. Coordinators can jump into the game whenever; and take the primary responsibility for leading the vote discussion; posting the concensus vote for each move or line(series of moves).
Always remember we play in "The Theatre Of Dreams"(that's slang for the Man U stadium for the uninitiated)
