Ready for Another League?

I recently received an invitation for Team Virginia to join a new league, the North American Cities and Small States/Provinces Team Match League. I didn't think Virginia was that small compared to NJ and RI, both of which are participants, but our number of team members is small compared to theirs. They already have several U.S. city teams plus several Canadian teams lined up. The format is not set yet but is likely to be a Swiss that will start next month.

Should we get into this league in addition to the US Team Chess League (in which we will be getting our first pairing shortly)? Please comment on this article.
