Register for a Membership and Start Playing in Tournaments Now!

Hello everyone! We will be hosting our own tournaments and mixing our own rating system with that of our online host's, chess.com. However, if any of you are interested in receiving a professional rating and playing in more serious tournaments then I encourage you to register with the United States Chess Federation. Every competitive chess player in the United States will register under the USCF and the very best of us continue on into the FIDE ratings and rankings to play internationally. The best time to start climbing is now!

For those of us with families, I encourage you all to look at the family plans and invite your families to go with you! We will be organizing trips to at least one big tournament a year, and maybe even some team tournaments. It is a great way to get your kids acclimated to scholastic chess, and for them and yourselves to experience different cities and cultures. Stay tuned for more, and please inquire about opportunities!
