Rules for our club!

hi everyone, as our club is getting bigger I figured we need a set of rules, so I made up these:

do not worry, these rules are easy to follow :>

1. No cheating in tournaments.

2. No spamming random letters or saying something multiple times ( the only place where you can spam in this club is here in the forum)

3. No advertising: for more detail click here

4. No begging for super admin/ admin/ coordinators. You can get it through special activities, which will be informed in the announcements. You can also win coordinator through posting nice backgrounds (check rule 12 for more detail)

5. No banning or kicking members unless permission from the owner (me).

6. No demotions unless rules broken.

7. No purposefully voting for bad moves in vote chess

8. No threats or harassment.

9. No promotion without reason. (I will explain in the notes, or if it is promoting to admin or SA, I will make an announcement and explain)

10. The owner cannot break these rules.

11. NO FIGHTING NOR BULLYING

12. TO SA: Please don't change the background, picture ,club name, Private Description &Public Description. (if you really wanna change or have any suggestions, message me privately)

      actually even members may be able to change the background (in some ways)

      you can upload your nice pictures here and I may use them for background!

13. I hope all admins are relatively active to help manage our club, so if an admin did not show up in this club for one month in a row, I will demote him to coordinator (sorry guys)

      if a coordinator is not active for one month in a row, nothing will happen haha lol

      for two months in a row, a coordinator will be demoted to member

      if a member is not active for one billion years in a row, he will be kicked out hahaha

Verbal Violations

1st time: A warning.

2nd time: Permanent mute.

3rd time: Get kicked out and banned.
