Seagull needs a Votechess Leader ASAP

Seagull has received a league votechess challenge.  We did not register Seagull for votechess, but we are being encouraged to participate in the league since the schedule is set.  The mistake I believe is the fault of the League however, perhaps one of our members wants to Administer Votechess on behalf of Seagull members.  If so please let me know  and let  PEDROJGC10 know right away.  I can provide a set of votechess guidelines for play from a votechess club to help you.  If you are not a Seagull Admin or SA then I can promote you so you can officiate for challenges.  You need only to join the club TCMAC and register with @PEDROJGC10 as our club Admin to get started.  The league plays once a month
