The Antonym Of Pawnicide

Hey everyone. I was thinking, why do we only have a word for killing/destroying pawns? Shouldn’t we have a word for being friendly to pawns? Well, in that case, I decided to create a new pawn word. I googled for opposite endings of -cide and found -philic. -Philic means to have an affection, desire, or love towards something. With that ending, we now have a new word for people that like pawns: Pawniphile (noun), Pawniphilic (adjective) 

Sentance examples:

I don’t commit pawnicide because I am pawniphilic.

The pawniphile let his opponent’s pawn promote because he couldn’t bear to kill the pawn.
