The Case of The Missing Panda

Hi Kohai,

I, and some other chess.com friends, were in the middle of a conversation with StrategicPlay and he suddenly disappeared. Can I inquire as to the status of that account and whether he will be able to access chess.com? He is highly regarded in our group, so as far as we are concerned he has been an exemplary contributor to chess.com.

Please let me know what is to happen with this account as I and my friends are eager to find out.
