The players' task in now to agree on a common suitable time slot towards the game. Using their Negotiation Forum, the players must offer 3 time slots to play OR accept one of the opponent's before Wednesday, February 19 @ 4:00GMT. Following the 4 guidelines shown in the Negotiation Forum, the first player of the two to get in must offer 3 time slots. The second player to show up must accept one of the first player's OR, if accepting is impossible, counter-offer with 3 time slots of his own. If this is not enough to agree on a common suitable date & time to play, then the players must keep negotiate in the way ping-pong players return the ball, offering one or more time slot(s) to play. It is of premium importance to begin negotiating early.

Note that we have several new members / players involved in this event. It is important that those players follow all the instructions including the 4 guidelines listed in their Negotiation Forum when negotiating with the other player, while the more experienced player of the two will show a bit of patience towards the new participant.
