The perpetrators who keep downvoting the club notes

Someone has kept downvoting almost all the club notes on the 6 last pages. To stop this intention, we are investigating to find out who the perpetrators are

The current method we use is to check the list of club members based on the most recently active

And these screenshots are the lists of the most recently active members after the downvotes

The first list was captured one hour after the notes had been downvoted for the first time. That's why the members below Jeshwia should be noticed more

The second list was taken after 3 notes of night-rider-chess987 had been downvoted 3 days ago

And the third list was taken after the most recent notes had been downvoted today

Through all these lists, we can narrow the number of the most suspicious members. The number of perpetrators can be 2 or 3 instead of 1 because a lot of notes get more than a downvote. Terk and Max Wolfe, the investigators, are not suspected, of course

We are not sure what the motivation of the perpetrators is. Perhaps they want to revenge, they dislike the notes, they want to annoy, or simply they want to make fun. However, we need accurate clarification from them.
