TMCL Player Removal Rule

Ok an important one for us all. The league we're in has, quite frankly, the most absurd rule ever. We're not actually allowed to remove players from a team once they sign up! Basically, this means if a weaker player accidentally signs up they have to stay in otherwise we get penalised, get this, 6 points! 2 more for every other person removed. Not only this, they can't drop out! This is not a rule of chess.com, its the set by the people who created the league. I've protested but I don't see it going anywhere. There were a couple who signed up that I removed in order to have our best team so can you give me a shout to get you back in. Note this means we'll have more than 5 players, not that our current team players should drop out. More importantly, everyone remember NOT to sign on in the TMCL match unless your are in the top five (myself, @Luna-Sabah, @SputnikLizard,@Mjrbeck,@bigbeck85) or unless I give you a shout when the first U1700 team is short. Sorry about this, I should I have read the rules more carefully.
