TMCL Postseason Playoffs Round 2 vs Art Of Chess

Hey all!

Well one of our toughest matchups yet has arrived and is eager to stop us from clinching a Division B World Series Spot. Yes thats right I forgot to tell you there should be a Division B series for two separate titles. 

Art Of Chess is another contender for the Divison B Series spot scoring 8 points in the regular season and tying us. However, they don't have a 5 game winning streak like us, (assuming we beat Monika.) 

Their weakness is rating. They fielded over 100 players with lower ratings, meanwhile we fielded almost our entire roster of 92 players rated over 1500. Thats a pretty good situation. Currently ILBAC and AoC are tied in their Playoff match 30.5-30.5. If they lose that, their chances of clinching a Div. B berth is low. That means we need to sweep the rest of the playoffs. 

Average ratings are about 300 points apart with us atually having one of the highest average ratings of all Division B. Limitless Chess and Boris Spassky Chess club are the only other top two groups with an AVG rating high than up. 

This is it. This match could just very well determine who advances towards the Divison Series. We beat AoC, they are eliminated from Divison B considerations of title or if they lose to ILBAC. 

We have a clear lane towards the Division Series! THIS IS IT!
