Saturday Event
Since there is no time that works for everyone, we will vary the time of the Saturday event every month to accommodate different time zones. If the time one month doesn't work, maybe next month will be better.
This month, we will go with 1:00 AM UTC, Saturday March 10th. Time zone converter: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Untitled+Tuesday&iso=20180310T0100. This is Friday evening in parts of the Western Hemisphere. We will send out one reminder news post on Friday.
Again, we will go with ten rounds.

SpeedyChess11 wins his first Untitled Tuesday event
This report was written by @MGleason
The February Untitled Tuesday event was a demonstration of the importance of winning your games against lower-rated opponents.
A second-round draw between @SpeedyChess11 and @Schachmasteo allowed @KaosKid and @TheHelloer to take an early lead.
A fourth-round win for @KaosKid over @TheHelloer gave him sole lead:
@Schachmasteo was the first to beat @KaosKid in round 6. This allowed @Brian-E, who beat @TheHelloer, to take a share of the lead.
@KaosKid returned to winning ways against @RookSacrifice, while @Schachmasteo beat the other leader, @Brian-E.
In the eighth round, the top three all won, leaving @KaosKid half a point ahead of @Schachmasteo and @SpeedyChess11 with two rounds to go.
In the final two rounds, all three played two games against players rated in the 1500s. Only @SpeedyChess11 took care of business to take clear first, as @MGleason played double spoiler, taking advantage of blunders to beat both @Schachmasteo and @KaosKid.
Meanwhile, @SpeedyChess11 beat @H_Sadah to wrap up first place.
Ast_F wins his second Saturday event
The Saturday event was shortened to eight rounds due to a low turnout. @Ast_F dominated for the second consecutive month, but missed out on a second perfect score due to a draw with @tevdore2.
@tevdore2, one of the pre-tournament favourites, lost to @Tudorache_M in the third round; due to a string of draws and an outstanding performance from @Ast_F, he never recovered to challenge for the top spot.
A fourth-round win over @Tudorache_M gave @Ast_F a lead that he never relinquished:
A fifth-round draw with @tevdore2 prevented a perfect score, allowing @Tudorache_M, who beat @H_Sadah, to close to within half a point of the lead.
@Ast_F finished off the tournament with wins over @Brian-E, @losingforever, and @MiddlegamerUmesh.
@Ast_F now tops the 2018 leaderboard by 16 points: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/event-history-and-leaderboard-2018
