Vote chess games: Part 2

The participation for Canadian system Vote Chess Games is satisfactory and may increase.I will soon post the rules but before that ,3 things:

1)The "Canadian system" games are going to focus on  beginners needs. We will follow simple openings(Nezhmetdinov's system)and a simple way of thinking and choosing a move as that is mostly the problem for almost all beginners. We will prefer simple moves over best moves and we will prefer learning over winning.I will allow(and even encourage) a wrong move if I see that it leads to an instructive defeat.I never understood the obsession of playing to win in games(such as vote chess) where learning should be the main goal.

2)Some of you  don't need to learn these openings , because you already have an opening repertoire and maybe a very "effective" one(or so you think).Like it or not , a long theoretical battle , using books and databases is not what we need.We will be very soon out of the books relying only in our understanding. When I say soon I mean , as soon as possible. In other cases it will be very soon(even on move 4 when we are white) and other times not so soon.We will have the chance to see how the opening we play affects our middle game( sometimes our endgame too) and we will learn how to think.Things that you probably don't know  and don't do, like "positional evaluation" or "tactical evaluation" , will be explained and you will have the chance to practice them a lot.

    3) Don't be afraid to do mistakes. If you don't do mistakes , you won't learn.By correcting your mistakes , you correct the way you think.Believe me, the more the mistakes , the more the "learning".
