WCC 2018: Game 3: The Same lines, The Same Results
Game 3 of the 2018 World Chess Championship ended yet again, in a draw.
This time, the players repeated the Sicilian Rossolimo Variation, but still no difference has been made in the results. That describes the strength and accuracy of these two.

Fabiano creates the difference from Game 1
As I've mentioned, Game 3 opened with the same lines from Game 1, but Fabiano started a different game from move 6...O-O.
He played slower compared to Carlsen in the same manner that he played in Game 1. Perhaps he is more comfortable with the Black pieces than with the White.

Carlsen tries to go for advantage
Carlsen did try to win the game at certain instances, but Caruana was not to be defeated easily. Maybe that's why Caruana is known to be a 'Monster Defender'.![]()
