Welcome New Members!

Thanks for joining the UCPL Chess Club. We plan on hosting weekly tournaments soon in a variety of formats. For now, feel free to challenge each other to friendly games or play the chess computer. Be sure to check here for club updates, upcoming tournaments and other chess related content.

Just as a reminder to anyone new to Chess.com, joining tournaments has the following requirements:

• You must have completed at least five rated games of Online Chess on Chess.com (required for all tournaments).
• You must have no more than a 10% timeout ratio in the last 90 days. (See here for more on that.)

Premium members can join an unlimited amount of tournaments, basic members can play 1 at a time.
