Welsh food ~ Laver bread

Laver is an edible seaweed and contains a high content of minerals, in  particularly iodine and iron. Laver is also consumed in East Asia, where it is known as zicai in China, or nori in Japan, and gim in Korea. In Wales, laver is used for making laverbread.
