Calabria, the ‘toe’ of the Italian ‘boot’, sits (obviously) at the foot of Italy. A rugged, mountainous peninsula with a half-decent chess team currently at the top of the WCL Division 4E table going into Round 6. So, no free win here, me thinks.

Three wins for the Italians, only dropping 1.5 points in total in defeating the Isle of Man, Milano and Baltimore. They are currently winning their other two matches and sit above us in the table with a better SB.
