Would you play?

People,

I'm about to run a 6 round tournament that will take place on Wednesday & Friday @ 1:00AM UTC, that is, on Tuesday & Thursday @ 20:00 USA ET. Time control 45|45. That will be a 3 week event. For this event, I would probaly not create a tournament group. I need your feedback before I proceed in order to prevent what happened in our Eastern week-end tournaments, when only 3 players out of 52(!) showed on time to play in one, and 7/47 in the other. Here's my questions:

If such a tournament would take place, with the above mentionned schedule, would you play? Any other suggestion?
