Game analysis - turning points
Here is a game I played recently, with titus26... with notes from the both of us (merged, to keep it simple). Clearly, he was the better player, and deserved to win.
I committed many errors - some that contributed to my loss. Yet, I had many gains - the best of all, an appreciative chess friend - Titus. Of course, this loss made me run to my friends in the "learning with fun" group - who are now trying to help with end-game basics. I wish I knew what "opposition" and "triangulation" were. I might have saved a few end games. Okay, let's get on with the game.
