Justin Joseph Sarkar, GM minus the rating. My title application: ratings.fide.com/titles_page.phtml under 2nd Quarter PB 2019, 27-30 June in Baku, AZE in the dropdown menu. It got conditionally approved, meaning my GM title will be awarded if I ever reach 2500. Got a 4th GM norm in summer 2019 at the 10th Forni di Sopra in Italy (6/15-22, 2019) where I played and drew with GM Ivanchuk. Graduated from Columbia University in Math. I have autism and depression, but systematically store my games and try to play a bit of almost every opening line. I experiment with Titled Tuesday blitz. Sometimes also play USChess blitz/rapids here on a volunteer basis. They can be part of my training.

One reason why I often withdrew during tournaments after playing just a game or two was due to playing many more games than I had time to review. Also my old laptop, which I depended on for chess and other things, is about to die any day. I expect to take a longer break in order to set up my new laptop, work on my game and other things. I'll miss the chess world, hope to come back strong.
