Time: 1/24/15 10 AM-5 PM (try arriving at least by 9:30 AM)

Hey guys, I know at least 4 or five of us including me will be going to Kuumba Academy on Saturday. Make sure everyone knows how to notate because it helps prevent cheating and we will be playing by touch move so if you touch a piece, you have to move it. The hand you move the piece with, that is the same hand you use to touch the clock so don’t forget that. Remember there is delay so what delay means is the clock counts down 5,4,3,2,1 and then time starts getting taken off from your clock. I think that notation sheets will be provided for this tournament so you might not need to bring any. Some of you might not have a clock but I think that can be taken care of. Either your opponent might have a clock or I can let you borrow my clock during a round or you can ask the TD, Matt Little. If everyone is done their notations, I would like to analyze them so I might want some notations and I will post the games in this forum only if I can see some of the notations. Clubs we potentially might have to face are the Brandywine Chess Club and 3 players might show up from there so lets get ready.
