I've been thinking about cleaning up the 3 votechess-related forums in CA and making an "official" set of rules for both the Canadian and Regular systems. My plan is to post a draft here sometime in the next few days. We can edit it here and then I'll remove the 3 older threads for CA.

Main points of discussion:

1. Do we like the name "Canadian System" or should we find a new name?

2. What should be the official ratings-range for voters?

3. Is there a need for both correctors and suggestors?

4. What are the official responsibilities of Team Captain?

5. What sort of 'backup' systems do we need to prevent time-outs? and With how many hours left do we 'call the move'?
