Ok, here is my idea on how to make this cup. There will be 16 teams involved, all split into groups of 4.

Group A:

1. Chess Master

2. Chess Master of Middle East

3. Bulgarian Chess Master

Group B:

1. European Chess Master

2. Muslum Chess Masters

Group C:

1. Chess Master of Asia

2. British Chess Masters

4. Admin Chess Masters

Group D:

1. American Chess Masters

2. Chess Master of Africa

I picked some of the largest 16 groups. Some of the groups only have 5 members, so they are too small to be in a tourny.
