Vote Chess is a game in which several players from different sides participate and each cast a vote to try to determine the final move. The move with the most votes is then played. If there is a tie in voting for one or more moves, the last move voted on is chosen as the winner.

- What is Vote Chess for?

To generate discussion about ideas and reasons for moves, allowing team members to learn from each other during the discussion process. Vote Chess should not be played individually. Questions and comments are welcome. Encourage discussion.

- Which move should I vote for?

Vote only for moves that have been discussed. Please note that Vote Chess is a team game. If you disagree with the suggested moves, you should suggest another. Every contribution is worth much more than just voting. You should not vote on a move that has not been posted, because if you have come up with a brilliant move, you should share it so that the whole team can benefit from it, and the opposite, if you intend to move a move that is a serious mistake, by sharing it the team will normally notice.

- When should you vote?

Voting is usually done in the last 24 hours (the later the better). Avoid voting before then. This ensures that everyone has a chance to discuss the best move, not vote for a move and then find out that another move is considered better. Once you submit your move, you cannot change it.
