Pov: its a Tuesday evening and Jessica hasn't pooped in 3 days, she suddenly feels an urge, a urge that kinda feels like diahreah but worse.. she runs to the bathroom, and 20 minutes later she is still on the pot doubled over in pain doing the quiet scream.. (she took her shoes off bc she thought it would help 🫩)

What Jessica experienced is what everyone has experienced 😔 and what i personally experience a lot, but now i dont. And heres how

1. Talk to ur poop nicely

Its as simple as that just ask your poop to leave and its gone!

WRONG.

Your stomach is your poops home, and as every good host does, you need to give your poop a nice stay. Its all about communication and talking to your poop like its an actual human being, maybe offering it some food (apples) a nice drink (prune/apple juice) and having good convos about ur fav intestine and stuff. Studies show that talking to ur poop increases the rate of constipation relief.

2. Watching peppa pig.

As crazy as it may sound, a peppa pig deficiency is why 85% of teens and grown adults are constipated.. simply just playing the intro as you poop, could just get it out... but scientists recommend that if you want it out with no pain and less chance of hemmroid damage, you should play a full episode.
