New formula for Participation in Team Matches.
As you are aware, this Group is about participation and support in Team Matches. and so Admin has agreed to the following formula to help everyone to play their part.

1. About the middle of each month, we will check the team matches of the previous month, plus any that are waiting, or in progress in the current month.

2. Any member who has not played, or at least tried to join (may not have ended up with enough players on the other team) a match, will be asked to play in a Defaulters Match against another group, and that match will be an Open Rating match, (or at least a range which will allow all defaulting players to join), This match will be open for 48 hours only, then it will commence. Any Members who Time Out during a match will be counted as never joining that match.

3. If you are losing a match, do not disrespect your opponent by timing out, if you do not want to finish the game, then resign, if you do time out, you will be counted as not playing in a Team Match for that month, and it will be counted as if you never joined.

4. If you believe you have been banned unjustly, and wish to be allowed back in, message me and we will discuss it, or if you decide to stick to group rules message me, or your Team Captain, it is quite easy to un-ban you.

These Rules are for the good of the Group, we cannot have a group of 140 members, with the same members playing all the time, also Admins raising a match where only 1 or 2 players turn up to play

if you belong to a Team we challenge, and cannot play, let me know, I will challenge another Team, and give you a chance to play, or mark you on the Roll as unavailable for that match

Any constructive ideas will be listened to.
