Vote Chess is team oriented and if we follow our vote chess rules are, we can have many great learning experience from our games.

First no drive-by voting! Drive-by voting is when you go to a game and look at it and then vote nearly immediately. This is bad for the team because if too many drive-by votes occur then the voting can be skewed by bad votes.

Second, follow the higher rated player's suggestion. Do not vote for the moves until the general conensus has been reached. If you ahve a suggestion or opinion, please write your ideas in the comment section. After a other members have read it, along with everyone's comments, we will come up with an analysis and then decide which is the best continuation and vote for that. Remeber this is a learning experience

Third, please wait till last 24 hour mark to cast your vote. If is a 1 day game then wait till 12 hour mark to vote.

Fourth, vote resign when our game is hopeless, so we can start a new game.
