Vote Chess is a great way to learn a new opening , improve your tactical ability and also understand deeper concept in chess ,how is this done you may ask ?

1 Discussion , to help this, all comments in vc are good comments even if its an error ,given adequate time to discuss (not berate)(attack) it can be shown why its flawed so the original move proposer gains as well as everyone else

2 Respect , a team is built on mutual respect and understanding , how can we do this , by being inclusive so say a player isnt able to converse in english ? we use the international language of chess

3 DRIVE BY VOTING (votes cast without discussion ) a big no no in my book .A surefire way to lose as we all blind of each other pull in different directions

4 Time ,vote chess games to be at a minimum of 3 day a move and votes only cast in last 24 hours or when a vote now is posted by SA preferably

5 Team above all else ,no one made to feel alienated , your contribution may be the key factor in us winning regardless of your grade
