Recently it was the 40th birthday of Joseph Gordon-Levitt, who has gained star status with 86 screen credits already with recognition from 3rd Rock from the Sun 1996-2001, Inception 2010, The Dark Knight Rises & Looper & Lincoln in 2012, Sin City – A Dame to Kill For 2014 and Snowden 2016. He has also received Golden Globe nominations for (500) Days of Summer 2009 and 50/50 2011 as well as Primetime Emmys for HitRECord 2014 & Create Together 2020 as he has moved into interactive programming. Born and raised in Los Angeles he graduated from Van Nuys High School and still lives in LA, though he took a break 2001 to attend Columbia University New York City to study history, literature & French poetry.
